Day 33: God’s Hatred of Sin

Scripture: You who are of purer eyes than to see evil… (Habakkuk 1:13).

Reflection:
God cannot tolerate sin; Habakkuk 1:13 says His eyes are too pure. It separates us (Isaiah 59:2) and offends His nature (Psalm 5:4). Proverbs 6:16-19 lists what He hates … pride, lies, violence. Do any live in you? Pursuing God means rejecting what He rejects. His hatred of sin is love in action—protecting you, calling you higher.

Today’s Challenge:

  1. Review Proverbs 6:16-19.
  2. Identify and repent if you are guilty of one on the list.
  3. Pray: “Lord, help me hate what You hate.”

Prayer:
Lord, align my heart with Yours. I reject sin and cling to righteousness. Guide my pursuit. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
