Scripture reminds us that God is not far from those who seek Him: “You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:13). This promise is the heartbeat of our mission. There is no greater calling in life than to seek God with all your heart, soul, mind, and strength. At Earnestly Pursuing God Ministries™, we exist to help men and women move beyond shallow religion into a living, growing relationship with the one true God.
Scripture gives this promise:
“You will seek Me and find Me when you seek Me with all your heart.” — Jeremiah 29:13
Read that again. He does not say you might find Him. He says you will, if you seek Him the way the verse describes. With all your heart. Not part of it. Not the part that is left over after comfort, career, and self-will have taken their share. If you know something in your relationship with God is missing, but you don’t know why, you are in the right place.
Why Seeking God Earnestly Matters
Many claim to believe in God, yet few truly pursue Him the way He desires: first, above all else. The Bible is clear:
“Without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who diligently seek Him.” — Hebrews 11:6
To seek God earnestly is to:
- Desire His presence
- Submit your life fully to His will and His Word
- Walk daily in repentance, faith, and obedience
- Refuse to settle for a distant or nominal faith
When you pursue God with your whole heart, you will find Him and nothing else you have ever pursued will satisfy the same way again.
