Esther’s world was unraveling—whispers of genocide rippling through the Jewish quarters, her cousin Mordecai begging her to risk it all by crashing the king’s uninvited audience chamber. An orphan turned queen, yet one wrong step meant the noose. Her gut-wrenching words in Esther 4:16? “Fast for me… If I perish, I perish.” Isaiah 46:10 booms God’s confidence: “My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.” Psalm 33:11 adds that His plans roll on forever, unshakeable. When trials slam you with “what ifs”—job gone, marriage cracking, health failing—do you claw for the wheel, mapping frantic escapes, or do you breathe deep and trust the Captain who’s steered a million storms before?

We celebrate the Conductor whose score always resolves in triumph. Your towering trial right now, the one making sleep impossible? Hand it over.
