Day 146: Leading Your Family in Pursuit of God
Scripture: Genesis 7:1

Then the Lord said to Noah, “Go into the ark, you and all your household, for I have seen that you are righteous before Me in this generation.”

Are you leading those around you to pursue God through your example of faith? Deuteronomy 6:6-7 instructs, “These words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children,” emphasizing spiritual leadership. Joshua 24:15 declares, “As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord,” inspiring family devotion.

Reflection: Noah’s diligent seeking of God extended to his entire family, as he led them into obedience and safety. Earnestly pursuing God isn’t solitary; it involves guiding those we love toward Him. Noah’s righteousness influenced his household, showing that our pursuit can inspire others to seek God too. By modeling faith, we create a legacy of devotion that withstands life’s floods.
