Seeking God Through Worship

“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth.” (John 4:23)

Reflection:
Moses is standing on Red Sea sand, waters split, Egypt’s army drowned, leading a ragtag nation in a victory song (Exodus 15:1–2). His worship’s raw, shouting God’s power to the sky. Psalm 95:6 says, “Come, let us bow down in worship.” Romans 12:1 calls it “true and proper worship.”

Worship’s not just a song; it’s your heart spilling out to God, like Moses’ anthem after a miracle. What stirs your praise? A hymn, a psalm, a walk, what? Figure out what stirs your spirit in the Lord. Let it loose today—it’s a bridge to His presence. Moses’ song rallied Israel; your worship could rally your soul.

What moves your heart to worship Him?

Today’s Challenge: Sing or read Psalm 95:1–6 out loud, letting it lead to prayer. Feel God’s power like Moses did. His song united a nation; your worship could unite your heart.

Prayer: God, Moses’ Red Sea shout shows worship’s power. Stir my heart to praise You in spirit and truth, drawing me closer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
