Day 232: Seeking God’s Provision in Scarcity

Are you seeking God’s provision in times of scarcity? Philippians 4:19 assures, “My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory,” promising provision. Psalm 23:1 declares, “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want,” affirming God’s care.

Reflection: Joseph pursued God by trusting His provision to manage Egypt’s resources during famine. Earnestly pursuing God means seeking His supply in lean times. Joseph’s stewardship shows that diligently seeking God involves relying on His abundance, even when resources seem limited, trusting Him to meet every need.

Today’s Challenge: Identify a scarcity in your life (e.g., time, finances). Pray for God’s provision today and take one step to trust Him, like giving generously despite lack.

Prayer: Lord who provides, as Joseph trusted Your supply, help me to find You in scarcity. Meet my needs and guide my stewardship, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
