Day 205: Pursuing God’s Covenant Through Faith
Scripture: Deuteronomy 31:6

Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.

Are you clinging to God’s promises in fearful situations? Hebrews 13:5-6 echoes, “I will never leave you nor forsake you. So we can confidently say, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not fear,’” affirming presence. Joshua 1:9 commands, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go,” building faith.

Reflection: Moses encouraged Israel to trust God’s covenant presence as they faced the future, reflecting his own pursuit of God through faith. Actively seeking God means clinging to His promises, knowing He never abandons us. Moses’ words inspire us to diligently pursue God with faithfulness, no matter what lies ahead.

Today’s Challenge: Memorize Deuteronomy 31:6 today. Recite it when fear arises and pray for courage to pursue God’s presence daily this week.

Prayer: Faithful God, as Moses trusted Your covenant, help me to love You with unwavering faith. Let Your presence be my strength, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
