Day 145: Trusting God’s Covenant in the Pursuit
Scripture: Genesis 9:13

I have set My bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.

Are you anchoring your pursuit of God in His covenant promises? Hebrews 10:23 encourages, “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful,” affirming God’s trustworthy promises. 2 Peter 1:4 speaks of “His precious and very great promises,” urging us to rely on them.

Reflection: God’s covenant with Noah, symbolized by the rainbow, affirmed His faithfulness to those who seek Him diligently. Noah’s pursuit of God through obedience and faith led to a promise that blessed generations. Actively seeking God means trusting His covenant promises, which sustain us through life’s storms. Let the rainbow remind you to seek Him with confidence in His unchanging love.

Today’s Challenge: Reflect on a promise from God’s Word (e.g., Romans 8:28). Memorize it this week and meditate on it daily to strengthen your trust and pursuit of Him.

Prayer: Faithful God, Your covenant with Noah reminds me of Your unchanging love. Help me to diligently pursue You by trusting Your promises, anchoring my faith in Your Word. In the name of Jesus, amen.
