Day 71:
Scripture: As for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good… (Genesis 50:20).
Reflection:
RIGHT NOW—your pain has a purpose.
Joseph was 17 when his brothers ripped off his coat, threw him in a pit, and sold him like trash (Genesis 37). Thirteen brutal years: slave, falsely accused, forgotten in prison. Every betrayal, every injustice, every forgotten dream wasn’t random—God was strategically positioning him.
Every tear, every “why,” every slammed door—God was weaving it into rescue for millions.
Genesis 50:20 isn’t a cute saying; it’s a battle cry: evil plots, but GOD REDEEMS. The pit wasn’t the end; it was the launchpad.
Stop cursing the betrayal. Start hunting for the good—it’s there, even if buried deep.
Name the wound. Hand it over.
Waiting isn’t punishment; it’s promotion in disguise. God never wastes suffering; He redeems every second.
Today’s Challenge:
- Pray out loud: “God, show me the good in this mess—PLEASE.”
- Thank Him for the pit—because the palace is coming.
Prayer: Father, like Joseph, I refuse to quit. Turn my prison into purpose. No bitterness. I seek You in the dark. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
