Day 305: Daniel – Seeking God’s Wisdom in Prayer

Scripture: Daniel 2:17-18

“Daniel went to his house and made the matter known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions, and told them to seek mercy from the God of heaven concerning this mystery.”

Daniel faced a death sentence over a secret only God could reveal, and his first move was to call his friends together to pray. He did not try to solve it alone.

James 1:5 promises wisdom to anyone who asks. Matthew 18:20 says God is present where two or three gather in His name.

We treat prayer as a private, solitary habit and forget that some crises are meant to be carried together. Daniel’s wisdom came through a room full of people on their knees, not a man alone with his thoughts.

Today’s Challenge: Ask someone to pray with you over a real problem this week, not just for you, but with you.

Prayer: God, teach me to seek You in community the way Daniel did. Reveal what I need to know, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
